Job description
LHC Group, part of the Optum family, is hiring a Senior Living Physical Therapist to provide age-appropriate care for adults and geriatrics in a senior living setting. You will supervise therapy provided by PT aides, develop home exercise programs, and document services in accordance with facility standards.
The role requires current PT licensure, valid driver’s license, and CPR certification. A comprehensive benefits package is offered and compensation includes per-visit and hourly pay
