Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in an assisted living, independent living, and memory care setting. This part-time role (20–25 hrs/week) offers flexibility for onsite or telehealth delivery and a competitive hourly rate of $55–$61 with benefits.
You will conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop treatment plans, while supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs.
