Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time role providing Start of Care/admission home health visits in North Boston Senior Living offices. The PT will assess and treat clients in Assisted Living and Independent Living settings across Essex and parts of Middlesex counties, with emphasis on SOC visits and coordinating with the care team.
