Terra Bluffs is seeking a Plant Operations Director to oversee maintenance, safety, and the physical integrity of a senior living community. You will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate with nursing, dining, and housekeeping, and manage capital projects to keep facilities safe and welcoming.
