Job description
Bonaventure Realty Group in Alexandria, VA seeks a Head of Senior Living, Asset Management to build and lead Bonaventure's senior living platform from the ground up. You will be fully accountable for both short and long term performance, driving equity value and financial targets.
You will design strategic direction, manage operating partners, and partner with the investments and capital markets teams to unlock value across a growing portfolio.
