Job description
AllCare.ai is seeking a PMHNP-BC clinician to provide on-site and telehealth behavioral health services for residents in Assisted Living/RCFE communities across LA and OC. You will assess, treat, and monitor patients while coordinating with PCPs, facilities, and families, and ensuring compliance in EMR.
The role offers part-time hours with clustered LA/OC routes, telehealth blocks, and 24/7 concierge support to streamline scheduling and follow-ups.
