Job description
The Good Shepherd Community in Becker, MN seeks an experienced Program Director to lead the Becker Assisted Living program. You will hire, coach and supervise staff, coordinate services with RN and intake, and ensure care plans are followed with strong leadership and quality assurance.
Responsibilities include budgeting, menu and food handling oversight, regulatory compliance, and promoting the program with Marketing. Strong English communication and organizational skills are essential.
