Job description
The Project Director of Design and Construction at Brightview Senior Living, LLC oversees the development lifecycle of our communities, from predevelopment through turnover, ensuring quality, budget and schedule targets are met.
Based in our Baltimore Home Office, the role requires travel about 25% to our communities locally and out of state. You will lead design processes across all stages, collaborate with operations, partners, and jurisdictions, and drive exceptional living environments.
