Job description
Genesiscareers in Las Cruces, New Mexico, seeks a Recreation Director to develop, implement and supervise activities at our nursing center, aiming to improve residents' quality of life.
You'll report to the Nursing Home Administrator and plan both individual and group programs aligned with residents' needs, while leading staff and volunteers. Experience in healthcare recreation is preferred; a bachelor’s degree or related certification is expected.
