Discovery Management Group seeks a Regional Director of Sales to lead multi-site teams across VA, MD and DC, with 50–80% travel in a hybrid environment. You’ll coach on-site Senior Lifestyle Counselors, drive move-ins, and partner with Executive Directors to improve census performance.
