Job description
Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Rehab Director to serve as the primary representative at the facility, promoting Legacy programs and ensuring high-quality rehabilitation services for aging adults. You will promote strong relationships with facility staff, oversee internal marketing efforts, and drive program development to meet census needs.
Ideal candidates have a clinical background (PT/OT/SLP) and 3–5 years in long-term care, with active licensure in the state.
