Job description
Functional Pathways seeks a Director of Rehab to lead the therapy team at The Hill at White Marsh in Lafayette Hill, PA. This full-time on-site role oversees operation of the rehabilitation department and coordination with RM, RVP, and the operations team.
The ideal candidate will bring a relevant degree, state licensure, and extensive leadership experience in geriatric rehab, with strong organizational, communication, and supervisory skills.
