Job description
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead high-quality rehab services in senior living communities. You will oversee therapy teams, drive policy and program development, and collaborate on budgets and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate has five+ years of leadership in senior care rehab, strong communication skills, and deep HIPAA/PHI compliance knowledge. This role requires statewide travel and a passion for improving elder care outcomes.
