Job description
ALG Senior's The Landings of Oak Island is seeking an experienced RN – Resident Care Manager to supervise clinical operations in an assisted living setting. You will serve as the main clinical liaison among residents, families, physicians and the care team, ensuring person‑centered care and regulatory compliance.
You will lead the resident care team, develop care plans, review medications, and coordinate with home health, hospice and therapy providers to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
