Job description

Twin Cities Physicians in the Greater Twin Cities Metro Area is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) for Senior Living Rounding and Mobile Primary Care. You will provide on-site rounding across assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and long-term care communities, caring for complex aging patients and guiding clinical decisions.

This full-time, community-based role offers a path to clinical leadership, collaboration with APRNs and nurses, and a comprehensive benefits package including mileage
