Job description
Better Living in Illinois seeks a marketing leader to drive outreach, occupancy growth, and brand development for our senior living community. You will build relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and the local community to promote our services and sustain strong census.
The role requires strategic planning, excellent communication, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Travel for events may be required.
