Job description
Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Director of Sales in Marion, OH to lead campus sales and marketing, driving revenue growth and census targets while guiding the campus team.
You will develop a rolling 90-day sales plan, manage lead generation, and coordinate tours, home visits, and campus events to convert leads. Prior senior living sales leadership and collaboration with clinical staff are preferred.
