Job description
The Residence at Gramercy in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Sales Director to lead community sales and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy, conduct tours, manage CRM, and build referral networks.
You will develop quarterly marketing plans, collaborate with leadership, and promote the community's brand while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards. Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in Senior Living sales preferred; valid driver’s license.
