Job description
The Welstone at Mission Crossing in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Director of Sales to drive occupancy and revenue through relationship-building, referrals, and strategic outreach. You’ll lead all community sales activities, mentor the team, and manage tours, inquiries, and CRM-driven follow-up for a resident-centered experience while growing the business.
Core hours with occasional evenings/weekends for tours; local market travel; compensation $55k base plus commissions expected to exceed $120k
