Job description

All American Assisted Living at Hillsborough seeks a Director of Sales / Director of Community Relations to lead sales and business development for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role focuses on occupancy growth, building relationships with families, and developing referral partnerships to guide prospective residents to move-in.

Base salary is competitive with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and an occupancy bonus plan.
