Job description
The Waterford at Decatur is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead occupancy growth at our memory care community in Decatur, GA. You will build meaningful connections with Residents and families, drive outreach, and partner with a mission-driven team.
With 3–5 years of sales leadership, you will develop marketing plans, respond to inquiries, and guide contracts from inquiry to move-in, while maintaining a waiting list and meeting budgeted occupancy and revenue targets.
