Job description
Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Director of Sales to lead community sales efforts, drive occupancy and revenue through relationship-building, outreach, and strategic engagement with prospective residents and families.
You will collaborate with leadership to deliver resident-centered experiences while growing the business, with a strong focus on referrals and market positioning. This is a full-time onsite role with travel as needed.
