Job description
Monarch Communities in New York is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to develop and execute the marketing plan, drive occupancy, and exceed sales budgets. The role reports to the Regional Sales Director and is a full-time exempt position.
Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 yearly with additional commission opportunities. Responsibilities include lead generation, coordinating move-ins/move-outs, and maintaining competitive knowledge across communities.
