Job description
LCB Senior Living in South Windsor, CT, is seeking a Sales Director for The Residence at XX to educate families about our senior living offerings and guide them through decision making to choose an LCB community as their new home. You will work with potential families to understand needs and demonstrate differentiators, turning conversations into committed enrollments.
Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of consumer-based sales, experience with CRM systems, and strong verbal communication.
