Job description
Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director for the Dana Point community to drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion to occupancy. You will partner with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft innovative marketing plans and achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
You will create trust with residents and families through calls and tours, plan events, and build relationships with community organizations to maximize outreach and success.
