Job description
Oakmont of Pacific Beach is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to lead lead generation, qualify prospects, and guide residents through moving into their new home. You will work with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to create a cutting-edge marketing plan and strive to meet occupancy targets.
Daily duties include making calls and hosting tours, planning events to draw prospects, and building relationships with community organizations.
