Job description
Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Family Advocate to lead tours, cultivate prospective resident relationships, and drive occupancy for the Branch with empathy for seniors and their families. You will manage the CRM, ensure staff are trained for phone and tour hospitality, assist with move-ins, develop community referrals, and help the Branch hit weekly and quarterly goals with the Leadership team.
