Job description
Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC is seeking a Director of Sales and Outreach to drive occupancy at a Spokane senior living community. You will lead sales, marketing, and outreach, act as the brand ambassador, and guide families through transitions to independent living, assisted living, or memory care.
The role requires 2–5+ years in senior housing sales/marketing, CRM experience, and strong communication skills. Base salary is $70k-$75k with commission; on-site location in Spokane, WA.
