Job description
EmpowerMe Wellness seeks licensed therapists to provide geriatric therapy and wellness services for older adults in our Clearfield, Utah-based communities. You will assess residents, craft individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team.
