Job description
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a licensed therapy professional to deliver physical, occupational, or speech therapy to older adults within the EmpowerMe 360 program across Denver-area senior living communities.
You will assess needs, develop personalized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions in a collaborative team while supporting care coordination, telehealth, and residents’ independence with a flexible schedule.
