Job description
AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Social Services Director to oversee emotional support for residents and their families and to assist with admissions and referrals. You will lead a compassionate care approach, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and help build a supportive facility culture.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in social work, licensure, and at least two years in geriatrics, with a valid driver’s license and nursing home experience preferred.
