Job description
Relient Health is seeking an experienced Therapy Program Manager to lead a respected Senior Living Community in Granite Bay, CA. This is a full-time, direct-hire leadership opportunity for a seasoned therapy professional with proven experience in managing rehabilitation operations in a Senior Living setting.
Eligible candidates hold an active CA PTA or COTA license and have at least 1 year of DOR-level leadership experience in a Senior Living Community.
