Job description
Splendido seeks an Engagement Manager to lead wellness-centered programs across the Life Plan community. You will oversee calendars, communications, and resident engagement, partnering with teams to create meaningful experiences while honoring resident preferences.
You’ll manage budgets, supervise engagement staff, and foster strong relationships with residents, families, and volunteers, driving measurable outcomes in a vibrant community.
