Job description
SNF Recruitment is seeking an experienced LNHA to lead a skilled nursing operation in the Ballston Spa area. This high-level administrator will own operations, people, compliance, census, and financial performance while driving meaningful improvements across the facility.
The ideal candidate holds an active New York LNHA license, has SNF/LTC administration experience, and strong knowledge of NYS regulations and surveys.
