RAM Recruiting seeks an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for a well-established skilled nursing facility in Dayton, Ohio. This is a true leadership seat—running the building, setting staff tone, and owning the resident experience day to day.
Required: active Ohio LNHA license and prior SNF/LTC leadership experience, with strengths in survey readiness, census planning, budgeting, and building a positive culture for staff, residents, and families.
