Job description
RTX is seeking a senior Materials Lead to drive material development, characterization, and integration across combat-ready platforms. You will conduct measurements, predict performance with Computational Electromagnetic Codes, and lead IPTs formed with engineering teams.
The role demands strong planning, communication across multi-disciplinary teams, and mentoring of junior engineers. A TS clearance is preferred, with potential for DoD program involvement.
