Job description
Custom Goods, LLC is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding within our 3PL network. You will coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service) to ensure on-time, on-budget go-lives and seamless post-implementation support.
You will manage discovery through go-live, develop detailed project plans, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong client relationships and proactive communication.
