Job description
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Station Leader for an Amazon Logistics Delivery Station in Riverside, MO. You will lead a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, driving safety, quality and performance while managing budgets and talent development.
You will implement lean initiatives, measure performance, and coordinate with DSPs and other partners to meet ambitious service levels in a 24/7 operation. This role demands strong analytics, communication, and adaptive leadership.
