Job description
Sephora, the beauty retailer, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Sephora at Kohl’s Loyalty to lead loyalty marketing activities and drive Beauty Insider member acquisition, engagement, retention, and sampling across retail and ecommerce channels.
You will shape client-centric loyalty strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver seamless programs that strengthen engagement and growth for the Sephora at Kohl’s partnership.
