Job description
AS Beauty Group, a fast-growing cosmetic company based in New York, is seeking a Senior Manager of Retention & Loyalty Marketing. In NYC, you will own the loyalty strategy across our brand portfolio, driving retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value through email, SMS, and our mobile app.
You will lead program design, rebuy/replenishment initiatives, and cross-sell efforts, translate data into action, collaborate with Merchandising and Creative, and mentor the team to stay ahead
