Job description
Benchmark Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a Care Nurse Supervisor (LPN) to manage the Resident Care Department under the Resident Care Director. You will supervise RCAs, review resident assessments, develop care plans, ensure compliance with state regulations, and coordinate with providers.
The role requires graduation from an approved LPN program, an active nursing license, and 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably with elderly residents.
