Job description
DarrowEverett LLP is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Corporate Attorney with immediate availability in Florida. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating merger agreements, asset/purchase agreements, and related documents; advising sellers, management, and buyers throughout the deal lifecycle; and coordinating due diligence with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk.
