Job description
Everet Marsh is seeking a senior M&A / Corporate Development professional to lead a European buy-and-build strategy across healthcare, MedTech and related sectors. You will own the full deal lifecycle from target mapping to post‑acquisition integration, working with senior management, investors and portfolio company leadership.
The candidate will excel at valuation, modelling and due diligence, coordinate multi‑party processes, and negotiate with founders and boards.
