Job description
Savion, LLC, a Shell Group portfolio company, is seeking a Senior Manager to drive M&A activities for development-stage renewable projects nationwide. You will originate and execute sell-side transactions, coordinate diligence, and work with development, finance, and legal teams to structure deals across the lifecycle.
Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in renewables, M&A or project finance, strong financial modeling skills, and a proven ability to negotiate complex agreements.
