Job description
Orrick is seeking a Managing or Senior Associate with five to eight years of law firm experience to join our market-leading M&A and Private Equity team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients and contribute to complex transactions, with offices in Miami, New York, Orange County (Irvine) or San Francisco.
Candidates must be admitted to the State Bar and have excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
