Job description
Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe seeks a Managing or Senior Associate with five to eight years of mergers and acquisitions experience to join our market-leading M&A and Private Equity team. The successful candidate will have law firm experience in M&A, excellent academic credentials, and superior communication skills.
