Job description
Illapa Search is recruiting for associates to join a premier M&A and Private Equity group in San Diego. The role involves leading sophisticated M&A transactions and advising companies, investors, and strategics on a broad range of deals across industries.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of M&A, corporate governance, capital markets, or venture capital experience and must be admitted in good standing to the California bar.
