Job description
Koch is seeking an M&A Tax Senior Manager to join our team in Wichita, KS (also Atlanta, GA and Plano, TX). You will partner with business leaders and manage tax diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and investments, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising on tax-efficient structures.
The role requires leadership in tax due diligence, experience with deal attributes, and strong technical research.
