Job description
Sherpa is seeking an experienced U.S. Federal Tax professional for an M&A Tax Manager role (ref 34461). You will support acquisitions, reorganizations, tax planning, and strategic transactions in a complex corporate environment.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of combined U.S. M&A tax and federal tax experience, strong knowledge of Subchapter C and IRC sections 382, 332, 351, plus Excel accuracy. Compensation is $160,000–$250,000 plus bonus.
