Requirements
7+ years of IT experience, including hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and enterprise SaaS platforms
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform)
Significant experience with enterprise AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI services, and generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude
Proficiency in API integration, connector configuration, authentication, and permissions management
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, application registration, and identity/access management
Experience providing complex technical support (L2/L3) and troubleshooting platform issues
Knowledge of cybersecurity, AI governance, and data protection standards
Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise AI tools within the Microsoft 365 environment
Integrate AI capabilities with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
Support and maintain AI platform configurations, licensing, and operational standards
Provide advanced support for AI system incidents, performing root cause analysis and vendor escalation as needed
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure AI tool deployment and usage
Assist in operationalizing AI use cases, including migrating and managing meeting notes and data repositories
Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance platform support and administration
